Usability

The Local Directgov programme has produced a four-part series of usability resources and good practice guidance for council websites to support the take up of council services online. It includes information about accessibility, security, usability testing, metadata, GIS, intranets and more. It also covers 12 common council transactions on a wide range of subjects and user journeys.
